When using any commercial vacuum cleaner it is important to consult the manufacturer’s instructions. Following these guidelines when assembling, operating, and storing your vacuum cleaner can prevent the risk of injury, and damage to the machine, and help ensure that your machine lasts longer.

Assembly Instructions

To assemble your vacuum cleaner you will need to insert the chrome handle into the hole that is in the top of the switch housing. Once you push on the handle it should snap into position. The vacuum hose needs to be inserted into the top of the vacuum body and the other end of the hose needs to be inserted into the extension wand. The wand is then inserted into the hole and clipped on the right side of the machine. These will also snap into place. For storage, the electrical cord should be wrapped around the cord hook. Make sure to install the bag housing on the brush housing and slide the lock to the left.

Operating Instructions

To use your BG1500T commercial vacuum switch the machine on by pressing the foot pedal and by moving the vacuum cleaner into the working position. This will make the motor automatically turn on. There is a red light on the base that will turn on if you are overloading your vacuum. This can happen due to brush height. If the overload continues the vacuum will shut off. To turn the vacuum back on you will need to fix the problem that caused the machine to turn off. Unplug your vacuum and check the brush roll for debris. Once the debris is removed, you can plug the vacuum back in and turn it back on.
